We have compiled a short list of questions our customers frequently ask.
  • What areas do you operate in? Jet operates four locations in Seattle, Portland, Eugene, and San Francisco. We offer local pickup, delivery, and warehousing options at each of these locations. Jet also offers linehaul service between all of our facilities, with trucks departing daily.
  • How can I track my shipment? To track your shipment, log into your Datatrac account. If you need assistance setting-up your Datatrac account, please contact our main office at 503-256-3621 and follow the prompts to speak with customer service.
  • Do you offer same-day pickup and delivery? Jet offers same-day pickup and delivery in all of our service areas. Please contact us for more information.
  • Do you transport hazardous materials? Jet has HAZMAT Certified drivers at all locations that can perform local pickup, delivery, and linehaul of your dangerous goods shipments in quantities requiring a placard.
  • How quickly do you respond to quote requests? Our customer service department typically responds to a quote request within 20 minutes. Request a quote online here or contact us for more information.
  • Why does my quoted rate change? Quotes provided based on incomplete or incorrect information, such as weight, dimensions, or services required, may change once the information and services completed have been verified.
  • Are you a bonded carrier? Jet is a bonded carrier and operates two container freight station facilities in Portland and Seattle.
  • Do you offer overnight service? Jet offers overnight service between Seattle and Portland. Visit our customer resources page for our linehaul schedule.
  • Do you offer cross-dock services? Jet offers cross-dock services at all of our locations. Please contact us for more information.
  • Do you offer container devanning service? We offer container devanning service at all of our locations. Please contact us for more information.
  • How often does your fuel surcharge change? Our fuel surcharge is updated on the first Monday of every month and can be found here. Our FSC rate is calculated based on the EIA West Coast (PADD5) diesel prices.
  • How do I file a claim? Please email claim filings to claim@jetexpedited.com.
  • Are you hiring? We are always looking for potential candidates. Visit our careers page for more information.
  • Are your drivers TSA certified? Every Jet employee undergoes yearly IACSSP and STA certification by the TSA.
  • What types of trucks and trailers do you operate? Jet operates the following equipment between all of our locations:

    • 24' straight trucks with liftgates
    • 2 & 3-axle tractors
    • 3-axle sleeper tractors

  • What are your warehouse pickup & delivery hours? Warehouse pickup hours
    • Seattle: 8:00am - 7:00pm
    • Portland: 8:00am - 5:00pm
    • Eugene: 8:00am - 4:30pm
    • San Francisco: 10:00am - 7:00pm
